By downloading or using Yevo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Yevo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws or these terms.
Yevo is a subscription-based application. The following subscription options are available:
Annual Plan — $99.99 per year, includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged after the trial period ends.
Monthly Plan — $14.99 per month. No free trial.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings at any time.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.
The 7-day free trial is available on the Annual Plan for new subscribers only. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be charged $99.99 for the annual subscription. Cancellation during the trial period will not result in a charge.
You are responsible for the video URLs you submit to Yevo for processing. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Yevo does not store or reproduce video content — only the URLs and AI-generated summaries derived from publicly accessible content.
All content, features, and functionality of Yevo — including the app design, AI-generated outputs, and branding — are owned by Yevo and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Yevo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yevo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Your use of Yevo is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of Yevo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
