Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Yevo LLC (“Yevo”, “we”). By using the Yevo app, its share extension or yevo.ai, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Yevo. You must be at least 13, and if you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree for you.

Keep your sign-in secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@yevo.ai if you think someone else is using it.

• Yevo is a subscription. Annual: $99.99 a year, with a 7-day free trial. Monthly: $14.99 a month, no free trial. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your currency before you buy.
• You subscribe in the app. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends.
• The free trial is for new subscribers on the annual plan, once per Apple ID. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are charged $99.99 and the plan renews every year.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends, at the same price unless we have told you of a change.
• Manage or cancel in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you paid for ends. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue them ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• We may change prices. Apple tells you before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
• To keep Yevo fair for everyone we may limit how many courses you can create each month. The app tells you when you reach a limit.

Summaries, plans, steps, courses, lessons and Yevo's replies are generated by AI from the videos you save, your notes and, for courses, live web research: Yevo searches the web while writing a course, and each lesson lists the pages it used so you can check them. They can be wrong, incomplete, out of date or wrong for your situation, and they are not professional advice: not medical, fitness, nutrition, mental health, financial, tax or legal advice. Check anything important before you act on it, especially where your health, money or safety is involved. You decide what to do, and you are responsible for acting on it.

Yevo is an AI, not a person. Whether you type or hold the microphone button and dictate, you are talking to software. Dictation can mishear you, and Yevo can misunderstand you and be wrong, the same way anything he writes can (see above). He is not a therapist, a doctor or an emergency service; if you or someone else is in danger, contact your local emergency number. What happens to what you dictate is in the Privacy Policy.

Your content is the links you save and the notes, messages (typed or spoken) and photos you add, and everything Yevo makes for you from them: summaries, plans, steps, courses, lessons and replies. As between you and us, it is yours, and you may use it for any lawful purpose, including in your work or business. What Yevo makes can resemble what it makes for other people, and it may draw on the videos you saved; those videos still belong to their creators, and we cannot give you rights in them.

You give us permission to store your content, process it and send it to the providers that run Yevo (listed in the Privacy Policy), only to operate Yevo for you: to provide it, keep it working and keep it secure. We do not claim ownership of your content. Only send what you have the right to share, and do not send photos of other people without their permission.

Yevo does not host, show or redistribute videos. When you save a link, we fetch the public post and store with your save its caption, a transcript of what is said in it, its title, the creator's handle, its length and its thumbnail image, to write your plan and course and to answer your questions about it. We do not store the video file. What we store is private to your account. Creators keep all rights to their videos; save only what you are allowed to view, and follow the terms of the platform it comes from.

Do not use Yevo to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright and privacy;
• harass, threaten or harm anyone, or ask Yevo for help doing so;
• get around Yevo's limits or security, or access other people's data;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or overload the app or the service, or access it with bots or other automated means;
• resell, rent or sublicense access to Yevo, share your account with other people, or use Yevo to build a competing product;
• upload anything unlawful, sexual content involving minors, or malware.

We may suspend or close accounts that do, and remove content that breaks these terms.

The Yevo app, its software, the website, the design, the Yevo name and brand, and the Yevo character belong to Yevo LLC. Your content, including what Yevo makes for you, is covered above and is yours. We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Yevo while you follow these terms, for yourself, including for your own work, business, freelancing or side projects. The account is for one person. If you send us feedback, we can use it without owing you anything. Instagram, TikTok and YouTube are trademarks of their owners and are not affiliated with Yevo.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If something goes wrong, email us first at support@yevo.ai with your name, the account email and what happened. Most things are fixed that way, and we will try to resolve it with you for 30 days before either of us starts a formal claim.

If that does not settle it, the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Yevo LLC each agree to that venue and to personal jurisdiction there. Either of us may still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court, and either of us may ask a court for an injunction to protect intellectual property or account security. Where the law of your home country gives you the right to bring proceedings there, or to rely on its consumer protections, nothing here takes that away.

You can stop using Yevo and delete your account at any time (Profile, then Delete account, in the app or on the web). We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering Yevo; if we stop offering it, we will tell you in advance where we can.

Yevo is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that Yevo will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything it writes is accurate or complete.

To the extent the law allows, Yevo LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of Yevo or from acting on what it writes. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Yevo in the 12 months before the claim and US$50. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

If you got Yevo from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. These terms are between you and Yevo LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Yevo or its content, has no obligation to provide support or maintenance, and is not responsible for claims about Yevo (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If Yevo fails to meet a warranty that applies, you can notify Apple for a refund of its purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them.

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for changes that matter we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Yevo after that, the new terms apply.
