Watch Later is not a plan. Here is one.

Watch Later grows faster than anyone watches it. The tutorials in it are the hardest kind of save to come back to: twenty minutes long, with the useful part somewhere in the middle. You do not need to rewatch the hour. You need the three things it told you to do, and a reason to do them this week.

A saved video also goes stale in a way a plan does not. The video is still there next month; what you wanted to do with it is not. Yevo writes that down while it is fresh, together with your note about why you saved it.

1. Under the video, or on a Short, tap Share.
2. Tap More to open the iPhone share sheet, and pick Yevo.
3. Check the category, and add a note about what you want from it, like “set this up for my shop”.
4. Tap Save it. YouTube keeps playing.

Yevo works with public YouTube videos and Shorts. It transcribes what is said and writes from that, so the plan follows the video's actual instructions rather than its title.

Because Yevo reads the words, a screen recording with no narration gives it little to work with, while a video where the creator explains what they are doing gives it everything it needs.

For a long video, the summary and plan are written from the first several minutes of talking, not the whole hour. For most tips and short tutorials that is everything. Every step is sized for one sitting and says what done looks like. Start the plan, pick a reminder time, and tick steps as you go, on your phone or at yevo.ai on your computer. Each finished step counts toward your streak and your level. Saving another video does not. That is the whole idea: fewer videos waiting in a queue, and more things you actually did.
