Turn a saved video into steps you can finish.
The plan is the reason Yevo exists. Every video you save becomes a short to-do list of real actions, each one small enough to do in a single sitting, so the thing you meant to try becomes the thing you did.
One to eight steps, never padded
A plan has as many steps as the video actually supports, from one to eight. A two-minute tip gets one or two; a detailed walkthrough gets more. Yevo never pads a plan to look thorough, and it never writes steps like “watch the video again” or “reflect on this”, which only look like progress.
Every step has the same parts:
- A title that starts with a verb and says what to do and where: “List every bill and tag each one need or want”.
- Why, in one sentence.
- How, as two to four short numbered lines.
- Done when, one line you can check, so you know when to stop.
- Minutes, so the plan can say “4 steps · about 50 min” before you commit.
A proposal until you start it
A new plan is a proposal. It shows as numbered steps and waits in your Library until you tap Start this. Nothing on the page moves when you do: the numbers become checkboxes, a thin progress bar appears under the plan with “1 of 4 done”, and Yevo asks when to remind you. Only started plans show up on Today and count toward your streak, so a folder full of saves never turns into a wall of guilt.
Doing one step
Tap a step to open it. You get the why, the how and the done-when on one page, plus two rows: Do this, which puts that step on your calendar at a time you pick, and Add a photo, which shows Yevo what you did. When it is done, tap Mark done; the checkbox springs and Yevo nods. If a step is bigger than it looked, ask Yevo to break it down.
Reminders and calendar events are covered on reminders and nudges. The short version: when the last step is done, the reminders stop.
From a to-do list to done
Finished steps are what Yevo counts. Each one adds to your XP and moves you up the levels, from Scroller to Unstoppable, and a day counts toward your streak when you finish your daily goal of steps. Saving a video counts for nothing, on purpose.

How many steps does a plan have?
Between one and eight, depending on what the video actually covers. Yevo does not pad short videos into long plans.
Do I have to do the steps in order?
No. The steps are written in a sensible order, but you can tick any of them. Only started plans show on Today, and each finished step counts.
Can I tick steps on my computer?
Yes. Sign in at yevo.ai with the same account. Ticking a step there updates the same plan, and your phone shows it the next time Yevo syncs.
