When you save videos, we process the video URLs and content to generate AI summaries, action steps, and mini courses. We store this generated content in your personal library.
We automatically collect certain usage data including device type, operating system version, app interactions, and crash reports to improve the app experience.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Yevo — including generating AI summaries and courses from your saved videos, operating the Ask Yevo chat feature, and personalizing your learning experience.
We may use your email address to send important service updates, account notifications, and product announcements. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.
Yevo uses the following third-party services to operate:
Anthropic (Claude) — AI processing for video summaries, action steps, mini course generation, and the Ask Yevo chat feature. Video transcripts and content are sent to Anthropic's API for processing.
Google Gemini — YouTube transcript extraction and video title generation. Used specifically for processing YouTube content.
Supabase — Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and saved content are stored securely via Supabase.
RevenueCat — Subscription and payment management. Payment processing is handled by Apple; RevenueCat manages subscription status.
These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days.

Yevo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at support@yevo.ai.
